What is Crossfit?
Crossfit is a strength and conditioning program based on constantly varied, functional movements performed with intensity. It is a combination of weightlifting, gymnastics and metabolic conditioning. Crossfit also focuses on balance, co-ordination, agility, accuracy, strength, flexibility, endurance and stamina. Crossfit is inclusive to all fitness levels. The movements we do in class have many variations to accommodate all abilities.
Where do I start?
First come and try a FREE class and see what its all about.
For all athletes new to Crossfit you must first complete our 10 sessions Foundations class. Foundations introduces all the movements used in group sessions with focus on technique. Classes are listed on our schedule page. If the times don't work with your schedule give us a call and we will try to accommodate your needs.
You are then welcome to start group sessions. Sessions will be scaled to your current level of experience. As you progress we will increase loading and intensity.
